I was lucky enough to be nominated by some amazing friends and followers to get one of the Blogger Boxes from Dreamers & Schemers, a small but mighty sock company that has taken the equestrian world by storm.
I’ve seen D&S all over social media and at horse shows – the ridiculously adorable prints are hard to miss. I’ve never been a fan of thin nylon socks, as there’s not enough cushion in the foot, so I never got a pair. But lo and behold, this year they’re debuted a whole newdesign – and Friday, I’m in love!
Truth be told, I never thought a pair of socks could be worth $18.95, but these are worth the hype. Here’s what I love about them:
- They’re like enveloping your feet in a silky tube of comfort and I never want to take them off
- They are SUPER breathable but still keep feet warm
- The prints, obviously
- The combination of lightly padded foot & thin upper
- The black band at the top, which eliminates”indecent sock exposure”
- Small batch & hand printed
What do I not like about them? Not much. They’re definitely a pricier sock, but the price is in line with other boot socks. They feel well-made so I’m hoping they are durable.
These make a great gift as they are both practical and super cute, and are a fun way to express yourself without making your trainer want to stab you! All in all, I LOVE my new Dreamers & Schemers socks and will definitely be purchasing more.
